Weight Watchers Point Range
Your daily Weight Watchers point range depends on Target points, flex points, and activity points, if you're on the FLEX plan.
The points that you can use on a given day/week are calculated when you go to a Weight Watchers meeting to sign-up (you can also sign-up online, where you also get the instructions on Target points). Before the FLEX plan, WW point ranges were almost universally five-point ranges. However, with Flex plan, you no longer have a range, you only have the lower end as your target. To make the FLEX plan more flexible, Weight Watchers has FlexPoints, which can be used over a week any way you (five points a day over seven days = 35 total FlexPoints). Weight Watchers Point Range - Activity PointsFor those on the FLEX plan, if you exceed your points target, you can swap activity points values for food points values. Weekly points are only spent when you have exceeded your points Target and do not have enough actitivity points values to swap for food points values. However, activity points values earned through exercise can be swapped for food points values when you're over your points target only on that day. You cannot swap more activity points values than are necessary.
