Weight Watchers Cookie Recipes

You can use any of the available cookie recipes as Weight Watchers cookie recipes. Here are a few exemplary cookie recipes directly from Weight Watcher dieters.

The examples are pretty low in Weight Watchers points and make for great snacks within the allowed daily/weekly allocated points.

In addition to the recipes listed here, you can use any available cookie recipe, but you need to calculate the points in order to be able to use the recipes as part of the program.

For converting nutritional facts of the cookies into WW points, you can use a freeware called PC Points Calculator, version 3.1. (downloadable from users.dcr.net/~chefling/ww/wwtools.html)

In order to get the nutritional values on the Weight Watchers cookie recipes, I've found the website CalorieKing.com to be very helpful.
