Weight Watchers Cook Books
Weight Watchers cook books are published by the company directly, with hundreds of ready-made recipes, including information on the foods' points value.
You have to be careful when choosing a cook book for your Weight Watchers recipes, as the way in which the points values are calculated have changed over the years. For example, some cook books have the points calculated as 1-2-3 Success Points, while newer books may have them calculated as Winning points (the main difference is that the Winning points have a cap on fiber that you calculate for the points). The newest addition to the points calculations are the FlexPoints. In the FlexPoints system, you also take your activity points into account when calculating the total points usage. Available Weight Watchers Cook BooksMost of the WW cook books are really a large recipe collection covering most of the food genres. There are, however, specific cook books on targeted areas of cooking, such as low-point recipes, and recipes for Italian cooking.
