In addition, as part of the Flex Plan, you can use activity points values to swap into food points values.

The WW online calculator allows you to enter a few details in the activity points calculator and then you'll see what you’ve earned.

The Weight Watchers calculator calculates point values based on food names or nutrition facts, or basic information on an activity.

The WW database of foods has points values of over 27,000 foods.

If you don't find pre-calculated values, you can use nutritional info from CalorieKing.com, for example, and calculate the values with WW online points calculator.

To get the calculator, you can get it by signing up online at weightwatchers.com, or if you already attend the off-line meetings, by signing up for the Internet weight-loss companion for Meetings package (at the official website).

Because the system and formula which the Weight Watchers points are based upon is stricly under U.S. patent, you won't find too many (legal) commercial online calculators.

As of this moment, I don't know any such tools besides the one at the official WW website, but there may be such calculators if Weight Watchers licences the patent to other companies, or online providers of diet information.
