Low carb recipes are available from several resources, including sites for those diet plans that promote low carb consumption (such as the Atkins Diet).
For example, the Canadian site lowcarb.ca lists the following diet plans under the low carb list: Atkins Diet Zone Diet and many others. However, the most recipes can be found for these two mega-popular diet programs. Featured here are the ones for the Zone Diet. Among the several official web sites, perhaps the best source for recipes can be found from: zoneperfect.com/Site/content/cookbook.asp This resource offers an online database with an ever-growing collection of Zone-favorable recipes submitted by Zone Diet followers around the world. The online cookbook allows you to: 1) Choose the main ingredient, 2) select which course the meal is for, and 3) choose the Zone block size. In addition, if you’ve got low carb recipes according to the Zone Diet of your own you’d like to share, you can submit them online to the database.
