Green Tea Diet Pill

Green tea diet pill is a diet supplement that contains concentrated amounts of green tea.

Other claimed health benefits include lowered cholesterol, immune system boost, and prevention of cavities and tooth decay.

You should not mix green tea with the other varieties of tea, which are black and Oolong tea.

The reason why green tea is associated with health benefits and the other varieties are not, is because green tea is not fermented, thus keeping in the antioxidants lost in the fermenting process.

Finally, researchers suggest that green tea can also improve weight loss by increasing the body's metabolic rate.
