Enzidase

Enzidase is a peptidase complex derived from a strain of Aspergillus oryzae var, and used in protein processing for thorough hydrolysis.

The compound's enzymatic action works, according to the manufacturer's of the compound, to improve the hydrolysis of proteins, which is a chemical process by which proteins are combined with water and broken own into smaller compounds.

In essence, it is the same process by which starches are converted to glucose.

The compound is primarily found in supplements made by Xtend-life, which is a New Zealand based company.
