Cellulase

Cellulase is an enzyme that breaks down cellulose to beta-glucose in the body.

Enzymes are an important part of anti aging lifestyle, as they allow the body to extract nutritients from the food that we eat.

In this regard, it is important to notice that the body's production of enzymes declines with age.

In the case of cellulase, however, this is not the case, as it is not produced in the body. Cellulase is produced by grazing animals such as cows and is the reason why they can get nutrition from plants such as grasses.

The compound can help humans break down plant material better, thereby getting the most from the plants that we eat.

Other important digestive enzymes include amylase, lipase, and protease.

Of these, amylase breaks down starch/carbohydrates, lipase breaks down fats, and protease breaks down protein.
