For active ingredients, each strip contains vitamins A, C, and E, which are supposedly delivered with the patch to the skin during the night usage of 6 to 8 hours. The strips are contoured in a way that make the usable around the mouth, nose and of course around the eyes. According to the company, rates of release for the active ingredients vary markedly between males and females. Other major contributing factors include skin temperature, skin texture and skin moisture. To apply the strips, the skin needs to be clean, dry and free of make-up. The strip is peeled from the backing and applied to the affected area, around the nose, eyes or mouth. The strip is held in position for 5 to 10 seconds until it is firmly fixed in place.
