Angelina Jolie Diet
In the past, Angelina Jolie diet has consisted of sugar-free dieting, but due to her acting requirements, she has been on several special diets.
Jolie, has said in interviews that she has been much more out of shape in the past, with diet that used to consist of lots of junk food. One of the turning points in her dieting came with the role of Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider" in 2000. For the role, she had to start an exercise program and change her diet. According to World Entertainment News Network's Nov. 13, 2000 interview, that diet consisted much of steamed meat, vegetables and soya milk. Later, in 2001, she and then-husband Billy Bob Thornton changed their lifestyle to a healthier one, according to newspapers such as Orlando Sentinel, which included quitting smoking and drinking, and a sugar-free diet. Whether that diet was modeled after the famous Sugar Busters diet is unknown. Later, in 2003, Austrian magazine News Angelina Jolie interview revealed that she was/had been on a high-protein diet for the next "Tomb Raider" movie.
