Finding Out About Allowed South Beach Diet Foods

According to the official web site, for the first phase, there's meat, chicken, turkey, fish, and shellfish. Also, you can eat vegetables, eggs, cheese, and nuts. You'll have salads with real olive oil in the dressing.

The second phase is about reintroducing carbs to the diet. You'll still be on a diet, but if it's bread you love, you'll have bread. Or, there's possibly pasta, rice, cereal, potatoes, fruits, or chocolate added to the diet menus. Much of the choice is on your side.
