3 Day Diet
There are several variations of the 3 day diet available. Some of these diets have been contributed wrongly to several sources on the medical world, such as the Hershey Medical Center.
Hershey Medical Center, for example, has nothing to do with such diets. In fact, they advice people against taking part in such programs. According to them, people often have temporary success with diets like these because it is a lower calorie level than they were eating before (an average of 1100 to 1200 calories per day). In addition, the diets are very rigid and people who were eating randomly before will lose weight on a structured diet. In addition to those risks, there are many other health concerns raised to quick and drastic diets such as this. Partly because of those concerns, many of the more popular dieting programs of today are meant to be a dietary lifestyle changing program.
